CULINARY JOYS FROM MARCH
Regional – Hand-Made – Delicious
The grapes for our special distilled goods come from our vineyard Steingrube at the Kaiserstuhl. This way we can create full red wines, spirits and liquors or our 10-year old special brandy. We also offer house-made pasta. We only use fresh fruits from regional producers to make our jams. You can taste a selection of these delicious fruit jams at our breakfast buffet every morning.
