The Löwen-Hexe
Our “Löwen-Hexe” (Hexe = witch) is a special taste experience that is well-known throughout the region. The recipe – developed by grandmother Martha Jauch more than 40 years ago – is the Jauch’s family secret. Never ask for this secret or the witch could get spicy.
